Abstract
Effects of cure temperature and cure time were investigated for the adhesion between compounding rubber and brass(Cu/zn) coated steel cord or ternary alloy(Cu/Zn/Ni) coated steel cord by using the method of analysis of variance. Furthermore, the effect of aging on the adhesion was also undertaken. The cure temperature and cure time contribute to not only forming adhesive layer but also sulfur-crosslinking rubber block. However, it was found that both overcure and undercure states resulted in poor adhesion. Rubber coverage on the surface of the steel cord after failure was strongly affected by the cure temperature and the cure time. However, pullout force was not directly affected by the factors. The ternary alloy coated steel cord showed better stability for aging process than the brass coated steel cord.
황동(Cu/Zn) 또는 삼성분 할금(Cu/Zn/Ni)이 피복된 강선코드와 배합고무를 가황온도와 가황시간을 달리하여 접착가황시켜, 가황온도와 가황시간. 강선코드의 피복물질, 노화처리가 접착에 미치는 영향을 분산분석법을 적용하여 고찰하였다. 가황온도와 가황시간은 복합적으로 가황반응과 접착층 형성반응에 기여하며, 이들 반응이 적정 수준보다 초과하거나 미달되도록 진행된 경우에는 접착상태가 좋지 못했다. 가황온도와 가활시간은 pullout force보다 고무 부착정도에 영향이 컸으며, 노화처리에 대한 안정성은 삼성분 합금이 피복된 강선코드가 황동이 피복된 강선코드에 비해 우수하였다.
