Abstract
An experimental study was carried out to investigate the dynamic mechanical properties of three different particulates, perlite, CaCO4 and CaCO3 filled polypropylene(pp) by Visocelastic Spectrometer. The storage modulus of acrylic acid (AA) treated particulates filled pp was higher than that of untreated particulates filled pp, while value of tan f peak of the former was smaller than that of the latter at low temperature (below lO℃) and inverse phenomenon was observed at high temperature. Frequency dispersion over frequency range from 0.1Hz to 100Hz was measured at various temperature and master curve for the storage modules as a function of reduced frequency was plotted.

에틸렌 8% 함유된 폴리프로필렌 공중합체에 3가지 상이한 형상의 무기입자 perlite, CaSO4,. CaCO3를 Acrylic acid(AA)로 표면처리하여 충진된 복합수지의 동역학적 거동을 조사하여 보았다. 동 composite의 점탄성 측정 결과 storage modulus는 표면처리>미처리>pp matrix순으로 낮아졌으며 이들의 tan δpeak치는 저온에서는 처리>미처시>pp matrix 순이었으나 lO℃ 이상에서는 이와 반대 현상을 나타내었다. 한편 주파수 분산은 0.1Hz에서 100Hz범위에서 각각의 온도에 따라 storage modulus를 측정하여 이를 W. L. F. 형식을 적용하여 온도 변화에 따른 각각의 master곡선과 shift factor와의 관계를 plot하였다.
