Abstract
Four different kinds of aminophenyl aminobenzoates were prepared by the hydrogenation of nitrophenyl nitrobenzoates which were synthesized from nitrobenzoyl chlorides and nitrophenols. The reaction of aminophenyl aminobenzoates with 3,3',4,4'-be nzophenonetetracarboxylic dianhydride gave poly(amic acid)s. Their inherent viscosities ranged from 0.30∼0.48 dL/g. Poly(amic acid)s were converted to polyimides containing ester linkage by thermal and chemical imidization. Glass transition temperatures of the polyimides were between 260 and 174℃. The 5% weight loss temperatures by TGA thermogram were recorded in the range of 511∼442℃ in nitrogen and 542∼438℃ in air atmosphere, respectively.
Nitrobenzoyl chloride와 nitrophenol을 반응시켜 nitrophenyl nitrobenzoate들을 합성한 후 이들을 수소첨가 반응하여 4 종류의 aminophenyl aminobenzoate들을 얻었다. Aminophenyl aminobenzoate들을 3,3',4,4'-benzophenonetetracarboxylic dianhydride와 반응시켜 poly(amic acid)들을 얻었는데 inherent viscosity는 0.30-0.48 dL/g 이었다. Poly(amic acid)들은 thermal imidization과 chemical imidization에 의해 ester linkage를 가지는 polyimide로 전환시켰다. Polyimide들의 유리전이온도는 260∼174℃이었다. TGA에서의 5% 분해온도는 질소분위기에서 511∼442℃, 공기중에서 542∼438℃ 이었다.
