Abstract
Dione monooxime ester derivatives were synthesized by the reaction of three kinds of diode monooxime and five kinds of acyl halides in order to increase the photosensitivity of oxime esters as an initiator of photopolymerization. The relative photodecomposition efficiency of diacetyl monooxime and phenylpropane dione monooxime ester derivatives was better than that of benzil monooxime ester derivatives. p-t- Butylbenzoyl and benzoyl substituted monooxime ester derivatives were photodecomposed more easily than acetyl, methoxybenzoyl and dimethoxybenzoyl substituted ester derivatives. p-t-Butylbenzoic acid, p-t-butylphenyl p-t-butylbenzoate, p-t-butylacetophenone, p-t-butylbenzaldehyde, mothyl p-t-butylbenzoate, bi(p-t-butylpheny1) and p-t-butylphenol were produced from photolysis of biacety1 monooxime p-t-butylbenzoy1 ester (BMTE). A photodecomposition mechanism of BMTE was proposed.
광중합 개시제로서 oxime esther의 감광성을 증가시키기 위해 3 종의 dione monooxime에 5종의 acyl halide를 반응시켜 dione monooxime ester를 합성하였다. 이 유도체들의 광분해 효율은 benzil monooxime ester 유도체 보다 diacetyl monooxime, phenylpropane monooxime ester 유도체가 광분해 효율이 좋았고 p-t-butylbenzoyl, benzoyl기 등이 치환된 유도체가 acetyl, methoxybenzoyl, dimethoxybenzoyl기 등이 치환된 유도체보다 광분해 효율이 좋았다. biacetyl monooxime p-t-butylbenzoyl ester(BMTE)를 광분해 한 결과, p-t-butylbenzoic acid, p-t-butylphenyl p-t-butylbenzoate, p-t-butylacetophenone, p-t -butylbenzaldehyde, methyl p-t-butylbenzoate, bi(p-t-butylphenyl), p-t-butylphenol 등이 얻어졌고 이를 기초로하여 BMTE의 광분해반응 메카니즘을 제안하였다.
