Abstract
Polyurethane diagnostic membranes were prepared for diabetic control. The diagnostic membranes for the measurement of urine glucose were formed by mixing polymer solutions, coating polymers, coagulating coated films, and finally impregnating membranes with enzymes and dyes. These membranes were formed to have good physical and chemical properties for the quantitative analysis of urine glucose. Several effects from added various types of water-soluble polymers, and different buffer solutions were also studied to remove background color and retain good color stability.

당뇨병 진단을 위한 폴리우레탄 진단막을 만들었다. 소변속의 글루코우즈를 측정하기 위한 진단막은 혼합된 고분자용액을 코팅하여 분리막을 만들고, 그 분리막을 효소와 염료를 사용해 활성화시키는 과정을 통해 형성되었다. 이러한 진단막은 요당의 정량적인 분석에 사용될수 있을 만큼 좋은 물리적, 화학적 물성을 갖고 있었다. 배경색을 없애고, 색 안정도를 높히기 위해 첨가된 세제들, 수용성고분자들 및, 또한 여러가지 완충용액들로 부터 오는 영향들에 대하여 조사하였다.
