Abstract
In the present study the thermal and ablative characteristics at high temperatures of phosphoric acid-treated and untreated PAN-based carbon/phenolic composites were investigated by means of oxyacetylene flame and plasma flame apparatuses. The structural stabilities of the carbon/phenolic composites and the extent of char formed in the composites occurring during the ablative test were studied from photographic observations. The effort of the texture of carbon fabric consisting of the composite on the ablative property was also studied.
본 연구에서는 인산처리가 된 것과 되지 않은 PAN계 carbon/phenolic 복합재료에 대한 고온에서의 내열, 내삭마 특성을 옥시아세틴렌 및 프라즈마 화염을 이용하여 관찰하였다. 또한, 그들 복합재의 구조적 안정성, char 형성 정도 및 carbon fabric 조직의 영향들이 자세히 연구되었다.
