Abstract
Cyano group of PAN film was substituted for amidoxime group by reacting with hydroxylamine under various reaction conditions. Nitrogen content of amidoximated PAN film was measured by Kjeldahl method. Recovery ratio of Amidoximated PAN film for Cu2+ ion was decreased as the concentration of Cu2+ ion was increased, but absorption mole ratio per 1g PAN was increased. In the case of Cd2+ ion, recovery ratio of amidoximated PAN film was 100% in 50ppm and 100ppm solution, but recovery ratio and absorption mole ratio per 1g PAN was decreased in the case of 500ppm solution. Sulfur ion was treated with Cu2+ and Cd2+ -absorbed PAN film by reaction with thioacetamide and CuS-, CdS- composite PAN films were prepared. Electrical conductivity of CuS- and CdS- composite film was 10-1S/cm and 10-7S/cm, respectively. Electrical properties of CuS- and CdS- composite film were dependent on CuS and CdS crystal, and the conduction is mainly electronic.

PAN film의 cyano group을 여러가지 반응조건에서 hydroxylamine과 반응시켜 amidoxime group으로 치환하여 질소함량을 측정하고 적외선 분광기로 amidoxime group을 확인하였다. Amidoximated PAN film의 흡착능 Cu 이온농도가 진할수록 회수율은 저하되지만 수지 1그램당 Cu의 흘착몰수는 증가하였다. Cd의 경우에는 50ppm, 100ppm용액에서 회수율이 거의 100%였지만 500ppm 용액에서 회수율과 수지 1그램당 Cd의 흡착몰수가 감소하였다. PAN film에 도입된 Cu와 Cd 이온을 thioacetamide를 이용하여 CuS와 CdS로 치환하고 X-선 회절분석으로 확인하였다. CuS와 CdS가 도입된 film의 전기전도도는 각각 10-1S/cm, 10-7S/cm로 반도체영역에 속하는 전도값을 나타 냈으며, 전도특성은 CuS와 CdS 결정에 의해 지배됨을 알수 있었다.
