Abstract
Winding speed is one of the most important process parameters which can change the properties and efficiency of production of the yarns. In this study, the effect of wining speed (2.000-4,000m/min) on the physical properties of partially oriented poly (ethyleneterephthalate) (PET) yarns (POY) filled with carbon black has been investigated. Yarn properties have been characterized by density gradient column, differential scanning calorimetry, X-ray diffraction and stress-strain curves. The crystallinity of yarns increased sharply beyond the winding speed, 3,250m/min due to the stress-induced crystallization. As the winding speed rose, glass transition temperature (Tg), tenacity and crystalline orientation function (fc) of the yarn increased while vice versa is true for elongation. The winding speed of about 3,250m/min was concluded to be the optimum speed in the case of carbon black filled PET POY.

권취 속도는 섞유 물성과 섬유 생산성을 결정짓는 가장 중요한 인사중의 하나이다. 카본블랙이 충전된 부분배향 poly(ethylene terephthalate) (PET) 섬유(POY)의 물리적 성질에 대한 권취속도(2,000-4.000m/min)의 영향을 밀도 구배관, 시차 열분석, X선 회절 및 응력-변형 분석등을 이용하여 연구하였다. 3,250m/min 보다 큰 권취속도에서 배향 결정화로 인하여 결정화도는 급격히 증가하였으며 권취 속도가 증가할수록 유리전이 온도, tenacity, 결정 배향도등은 증가했고 elongation은 감소하였다. 3.250m/min 부근의 권취속도가 카본블랙이 충전된 PET POY 생산성의 극대점을 나타내는 권취속도라고 판단된다.
