After preparing branched polypropylene (BPP) through reaction extrusion using a twin-screw extruder, structural changes due to branching were analyzed using rheological properties. Divinylbenzene (DVB) was used as a branching agent, and dicumyl peroxide (DCP) was used as an initiator. Structural change, degree of branching, molecular weight, and relaxation time were analyzed using rheological properties. The crystallization temperature of BPP increased, and it was confirmed that the crystallization rate and crystal growth process were changed through Avrami analysis.
분지화 PP(branched polypropylene, BPP)를 이축압출기를 이용하여 반응압출을 통해 제조한 후 분지화에 따른 구조적 변화를 유변학적 특성을 이용하여 분석하였다. 분지제로는 divinylbenzene(DVB)을 사용하였으며, dicumyl peroxide(DCP)를 개시제로 사용하였다. 유변학적 특성을 이용하여 구조적 변화, 분지화 정도, 분자량, 완화시간 등을 분석하였다. 분지화 PP의 결정화온도는 증가하였고, Avrami 분석을 통해 결정화속도 및 결정 성장과정이 변화하는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.
