Abstract
Raman spectroscopy has been used to investigate effects of time and distance on diffusion properties of bovine serum albumin (BSA) in a hydrogel photo-cured with acrylates. Diffusion of BSA in the poly(ethyleneglycol diacrylate) (PEGDA) hydrogel was studied by changing the density of crosslinking networks which are modified by controlling the amount of PEGDA and degree of curing. The diffusion rate of BSA is affected by the measurement direction in the hydrogel sample as well as the shape of the sample. It was found by determining the swelling rate of the hydrogel sample that the diffusion rate is faster along the thickness direction of the sample.

아크릴레이트로 광경화한 하이드로젤에서의 확산을 조사하기 위하여 단백질 bovine serum albumin(BSA)의 시간과 거리에 따른 하이드로젤 내 분포를 Raman 분광법을 이용하여 측정하였다. Poly(ethyleneglycol diacrylate)(PEGDA)의 함량과 아크릴레이트 경화도를 조절한 하이드로젤 내 네트워크의 조밀한 정도가 BSA의 확산에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. PEGDA 하이드로젤 시료 형상에 따라 단백질 분자의 확산 정도가 차이를 보였고, 동일 시료에서도 두께 방향으로 확산 속도가 빠른 것을 하이드로젤의 팽윤도를 측정하여 조사하였다.
