Abstract
Five previously unreported phosphonopeptides and two optically active phosphonopeptides containing 2-aminoethylphosphonate were synthesized. Phthalyl -(O-ethyl 2-aminoethylphosphonyl)-glycine ethyl ester, phthalyl-(O-ethyl 2-aminoethylp- hosphonyl)-DL-phenylalanine ethyl ester, phthalyl-(O-ethyl w-aminoethylphosphonyl)-L- (+)-leucine ethyl ester, diethyl phthalyl-(O-ethyl 2-aminoethylphosphonyl)-2-aminoethyl- phosphonate, diethyl phthalyl-(O-ethyl 2-aminoethylphyosphonyl)-aminomethylphospho- nate, diethyl phthalyl-(O-ethyl 2-aminoethylphosphonyl)-DL-1-aminobenzylphosphonate, phthalyl(O-ethyl 2-aminoethylphosphonyl)-glycyl-L-(+)-isoleucine ethyl ester. All of the compounds were obtained as white crystalline powder and characterized by means of elemental analysis and IR spectroscopy.

아직까지 발표되지 않은 2-aminoethylphosphonate를 포함하는 다섯 개의 phosphonopeptide와 두 개의 광학적 활성을 갖는 phosphonopeptide를 합성하였다. Phthalyl -(O-ethyl 2-aminoethylphosphonyl)-glycine ethyl ester, phthalyl-(O-ethyl 2-aminoethylp- hosphonyl)-DL-phenylalanine ethyl ester, phthalyl-(O-ethyl w-aminoethylphosphonyl)-L- (+)-leucine ethyl ester, diethyl phthalyl-(O-ethyl 2-aminoethylphosphonyl)-2-aminoethyl- phosphonate, diethyl phthalyl-(O-ethyl 2-aminoethylphyosphonyl)-aminomethylphospho- nate, diethyl phthalyl-(O-ethyl 2-aminoethylphosphonyl)-DL-1-aminobenzylphosphonate, phthalyl(O-ethyl 2-aminoethylphosphonyl)-glycyl-L-(+)-isoleucine ethyl ester. 위의 화합물들은 모두 흰색의 결정으로 얻어졌으며 적외선분광법, 광회전분산(ORD), 원소분석에 의해 확인되었다.
