Abstract
The effects of SrTiO3 content on the electromagnetic properties and electromagnetic wave absorbing characteristics of SrTiO3-epoxy composites were investigated. As the SrTiO3 content increased, it was found that the complex permittivity and permeability of the composites increased and the resonance frequency moved toward low frequency range. The complex permittivity and permeability of composites were characteristic of the frequency dispersion. The electromagnetic wave absorbing behavior of the composites showed that the center frequency of the attenuation curve was shifted to a lower frequency band with increasing the amount of SrTiO3 and the thickness of composite.

SrTiO3-에폭시 복합재료의 SrTiO3 함량에 따른 전자기적 특성과 전자파 흡수 특성을 살펴보았다. 복합재료의 복소유전율과 복소투자율은 SrTiO3 함량이 증가함에 따라 증가하고 공진주파수가 낮은 주파수 대역으로 이동하는 것을 알았다. 복소유전율과 복소투자율은 주파수에 따른 분산 거동을 나타내었다. SrTiO3-에폭시 복합재료의 전자파 흡수 거동은 충전된 SrTiO3의 함량과 두께가 증가함에 따라 감쇠곡선의 중심주파수가 낮은 주파수 대역으로 이동하는 특성을 나타냈다.
