The eight-coordinate tungsten(IV) complex has been synthesized from the 4-amino-3,5,6-trichloropicolinic acid(apic) and tungsten hexacarbonyl at a mole ratio of 5:1, respectively. A new eight-coordinate W(IV) polymer was prepared by condensation polymerization of eight-coordinated W(IV) complex and carbonyl substituted aromatic compounds. Structure of the complex was determined by the spectroscopic methods and elemental analysis. Solubilities, viscosities and thermal stabillties for the polymer have been investigated.
텅스텐(IV) 헥사카르보닐을 4-아미노-3, 5, 6-트리클로로 피콜린산과 1:5의 몰비로 반응시켜 8-배위 텅스텐(IV) 착물을 합성하였으며, 이를 카르보닐기가 치환된 방향족 화합물과 반응시켜 8-배위 텅스텐(IV) 중합체를 얻었다. 착물과 중합체의 구조를 분광학적 방법 및 원소분석 등에 의하여 확인하였으며, 중합체의 용해도, 점도 및 열적 특성 등을 조사하였다.
