Abstract
The miscibility of poly(styrene-co-acrylonitrile) containing 30 wt% acrylonitrile(SAN 30)with poly(styrene-co-vinylphenol) (SVP) was examined by differential scanning calorimetry. Enthalpy relaxation method was used to investigate the miscibility of polymers with similar Tg values. SAN30 was miscible with SVP when the content of vinyphenol(VP) repeating unit was more than 7mol %. Interaction parameter between AN and VP repeating units, BAN-VP determined by binary interaction model was -95.27(J/㎤).

Poly(styrene-co-vinylphenol) (SVP)를 acrylonitrile(AN) 함량이 30 wt % 인 poly(styrene-co-acrylonitrile(SAN 30)되 블렌드하여 상용성을 시차주사열량계로 조사하였다. 유리전이온(Tg)가 근접한 고분자 블렌드의 상용성은 enthalpy relaxation 빙법으로 조사한 결과, vinylphenol(VP)의 함량이 7 mol% 이상인 SVP가 SAN 30과 상용성을 보였다. Binary interaction model로 VP와 AN 반복단위 사이의 상호작용인자, BAN-VP가 -95.27(J/㎤)임을 구했다.
