Conducting cellulose-acrylamidoxime complex was synthesized, then their complex formation and electrical conductivity were examined. Electrical conductivity of Cu
xS complex films is in the range of semiconductors. The electrical conductivity of Cu
xS-cell-AA complex is higher than that of Cu
xS-cell-AN complex. In the results of DSC, the melting temperature of Cu
xS-cell-AA complex was 18℃ lower than that of CCu
xS-cell-AN complex. The morphology of complex was also investigated by SEM. It could he confirmed that Cu
xS has been introduced into cell-AN and cell-AA from the change of surface structure, which was more compact with increasing the degree of complex formation.
전도성 셀룰로오스-아크릴아미드옥심 착물을 합성하여 착물의 형성 및 전기전도성을 조사하였다. Cu
xS를 도입한 필름의 전기전도도는 반도체 영역임을 알았으며, Cu
xS-cell-AA의 전기전도도는 Cu
xS-cell-AN 착물보다 높게 나타났다. DSC 분석 결과, Cu
xS-cell-AA가 Cu
xS-cell-AN보다 T
m값이 18℃정도 낮게 나타났으며, 착물의 표면 구조는 전자 현미경 사진으로 관찰하였는데 착물이 형성됨에 따라 더욱 조밀해진 것으로 보아 공중합체에 Cu
xS가 도입되었음을 확인할 수 있었다.
