Quanternary polymer (EBEA) was synthesized by quanternary polymerization of 2-diethylaminoethyl methacrylate, butyl acrylate, ethyl acrylate, and acrylic acid. Acrylic solution type pressure-sensitive adhesives(PSA's) of melamine derivative crosslinking PSA's were prepared by crosslinking of EBEA with butoxymethyl melamine. The physical properties of polyester film coated with EBEAB were measured as a function of the concentration. As the result, EBEAB-1 -2, -3 showed peel adhesion of 320∼350 g/inch width, shear adhesion of more than 23 hours, and tackiness of 5/32∼6/32 ; consequently, it has been proved that these can be used as a removable PSA's. Reaction mechanism before and after crosslinking of PSA's was proposed, and surface structure of PSA's before and after crosslinking was characterized by SEM.
아크릴계 용액형 점착제를 제조하기 위하여 2-디에틸아미노에틸메타크릴레이트, 부틸아크릴레이트, 에틸아크릴레이트 및 아크릴산을 4원공중합시켜 4원공중합체(EBEA)를 합성하였고, EBEA에 가교제인 부톡시메틸멜라민으로서 가교시켜 멜라민 유도체가교 점착제(EBEBA)를 제조하였다. EBEAB를 폴리에스테르 필름에 도포하여 사용농도에 따른 물성변화를 살펴보았는데, 점착제 중 EBEAB-1, -2, -3은 접착력 320∼350g/inch width. 응집력 23시간 이상, 점착성은 5/32∼6/32로서 나타나 재박리형 점착제임을 입증하였다. 또한 점착제 가교전 후의 반응메카니즘을 고찰하였고, SEM으로 가교전 후의 점착제 표면구조를 관찰하였다.
